Lead With CARE – Self Assessment

Welcome! This self-assessment tool will help you reflect on how you currently apply the Lead with Care leadership behaviours as you carry out your role, i.e. how you lead with compassion, accountability, respect and excellence.

On the following four pages there are statements relating to the Lead with Care behaviours.  Briefly consider each statement and select the most relevant option.

It will take approximately five minutes to complete your assessment.

Once you have completed your self-assessment you will be able to download a summary of the results.  This will also be emailed to you.  We hope you find the summary report useful in your personal and professional development.

Your responses to the self-assessment and your summary report are confidential and will only be shared with you.  We will use professional group information to understand more about how we can support different roles and departments within Sheffield Children’s to Lead with Care.
